Measure up...

As few women and men conform exactly to a standard body chart it is important to carefully study the charts below and choose the size closest to your body measurements. If in doubt, or in the 'borderline' range, always choose the next size up. Please choose your size carefully.

The following measurements should be taken over whatever underwear you normally wear. For accuracy we recommend that someone else take your measurements according to the following guidelines:

Bust Measure around the fullest part of bust, keeping tape parallel with waist.
Waist Measure at natural waistline, with tape level.
Hips Measure around fullest part of hips about 20-23cms below waist.

Neck Note the neck size of your OWN well fi tting shirts.
Chest Measure around the fullest part of chest. Measure well up under arms
and across shoulder blades
Waist Measure around waist at the position you normally wear your trousers.
Inside leg Measure inside leg seam from the crotch seam to hem of your OWN well
fi tting trousers. (We suggest that you lay them on a fl at surface to measure).
